Typewriter Font in Action

I never really knew when to use the Typewriter fonts, or never really had the opportunity to play with it.
Typewriter fonts are the only serif font that I actually like!
Here are a few examples of random things I found that use these kinds of fonts.

Mirzam Manifesto Calligraphy Art

Kuwait’s Mirzam Manifesto exhibit what they call “Rethinking the way we view our culture from its proverbs to its simplest and quirkiest words through traditional calligraphy digitally enhanced to create an art piece”.

The exhibition at the 4 Concept Store has been extended until Jan 7th 2010.

A new series is showing up? ..  no not really !

This is one of my earliest photoshop assignments.. Students were asked to make a poster for a make-believe movie or series.. And this is what I came up with …

Okay here’s another assignment, I had to pick a font and only two letters, and present them in a way that describes the font… now that is NOT what is shown here.. the other part of the assignment was to pick parts of the illustration in a way that doesn’t show what the letters are.. Here are three parts of it.. Can you tell what the letters are?
